This week's guest, Ree Dolnick, got her start as a cancer researcher and started making energy bars for her friends and family. Everyone loved them so much that she ended up turning her side hustle into her 110% gig!

Her company, JECA Energy Bar, has taken off! She was awarded a $25,000 Ignite Buffalo grant in 2018 and has been working on scaling her business ever since! 

Originally from Korea, Ree came to America as a little girl knowing no English and quickly became fluent upon going to school. We talk about her life and her business and more!
